A dinner for two, or even just a meeting with close friends, deserves an intimate, cosy and comfortable environment.
At Elebê Baixa, these characteristics are very present and form the ideal setting to enjoy traditional Portuguese cuisine, with a great Minho inspiration, in versions specially created for more refined and demanding palates.
The connection to the traditional can also be appreciated in the photographs by Alfredo Cunha, which are on display throughout the restaurant. In these images, we see portrayed the Feast of the Blessing of the Cattle, the most topical side of Minho and, to complete the exhibition, we also have the beautiful collection that bears the simple and suggestive name of "Mulheres" (Women).
A bit of romanticism, calm environment for a good conversation, a meal that deserves to be enjoyed in all tranquillity. These are just some of the countless reasons to book your table at Elebê Baixa

It is in the heart of Porto's busy and lively nightlife that we find this inspiring restaurant.
Here, the contemporary decoration invites you to discover a creative menu, in which the fish and seafood, always fresh, are the best choice. Other house specialties, however, can be an excellent alternative and will not leave anyone indifferent, as is the case of the much praised Risottos.
If you have an urban profile, if you are looking for the ideal space to bring a group together or simply want to get to know our specialities, Elebê Centro is the restaurant you are looking for.
What makes Elebê the most visited by national and even international celebrities from TV, theatre and music?
Maybe the elegant, modern and comfortable decoration or, who knows, the true gastronomic trip through the Portuguese regions provided by the creative menu. According to our clients, it's the two things combined that make increasingly more famous and non-famous people with very fine taste try and then return.
Choosing the dish will be the first challenge. The basis of the cuisine is traditional, but the result has an international and even exotic touch. In this restaurant, as in all Elebê, everything is prepared right there, from the butter, to the bread, to the ice cream. Everything was researched, studied and created to be savoured there, with exclusivity. One of the classics of the house is Grandma Agostinha's Steak casserole, a 50-year-old family recipe that deserves to be discovered.
Anyone who enjoys travelling, likes gastronomic experiences, has a refined taste and, for this very reason, does not give up flavour, quality and comfort, needs to get to know Elebê Entreparedes.
We recommend that you book some time in advance

The restaurant Elebê Fortaleza da Póvoa is not considered "the unforgettable" by chance.
Here, fish is inevitable, given the proximity to the sea, but what attracts the public most is the variety and quality of game on offer. On warm evenings, enjoy one of the two terraces with sea view. For a romantic dinner, more reserved tables guarantee the desired privacy for a pleasant meal for two.
And if the romance is to last forever, the Fortaleza has a totally independent room for holding events, such as weddings, for example.
An unforgettable place for unforgettable moments. If that is what you are looking for, we can guarantee that it will be hard to find better.

Born in 1984 in Vila Verde, he felt a fascination for catering from an early age, inspired by family tradition.
At the age of 13, while studying, he took advantage of all his free time to start learning the art of cooking and hospitality in the Torres family restaurants. It was the beginning of a great passion. As a teenager, he continued an intense learning process, going through all the stages associated with restaurant life. While he was finishing his degree, he set up his first project and opened Bar Académico in Póvoa de Lanhoso.
In 2009, he took a post-graduate course at FEUP in Hotel and Tourism Management. This was the year he started his participation in several gastronomy festivals, with the Torres family restaurants, representing the Minho region, invited by Turismo do Porto e Norte de Portugal. In 2010, he set up the éLeBê restaurant concept, in Leça do Balio, his first major personal project, presenting traditional cuisine with a contemporary and distinctive interpretation.
In January 2014, he opened a new éLeBê, this time in the heart of downtown Porto, in Rua de Sto. Ildefonso. éLeBê Baixa was born.
The grounds for success were established, and because downtown Porto has increasingly more to offer, in 2015 éLeBê Centro opened, managed by another member of the family: Carlos Torres.
